Antioch Community High School’s competitive teams are in full swing. The ACHS Math Team, proudly known as Sin(dicate), kicked off the year with a bang, clinching first place at their opening NSML meet on September 25th by toppling strong competitors like Rolling Meadows, St. Charles East, and Wheaton North. Scholastic Bowl is revving up to dive into their season opener on November 6 at Wauconda, eager to put their knowledge to the test. Meanwhile, our young and dynamic Esports team, primarily freshmen and sophomores, has been racing ahead in Mario Kart competitions. The Chess Team opened with a challenging match against Waukegan but quickly found their rhythm, scoring a win over Grayslake Central. With so much talent and determination, this season promises to be an unforgettable one for all our student activities!
