In addition to regular swim lessons, the Antioch Parks Department also features Diving lessons, Junior Lifeguard and Lifeguard training classes. Junior lifeguard training is available for anyone ages 11 to 15. Lifeguard training is offered for anyone 15 years of age or older. All of the swim, diving, and lifeguard classes are taught by instructors that are certified by American Red Cross as Water Safety Instructors.
