Each summer, Lake Villa School District 41 provides summer professional development that spans 2 weeks at the beginning of August. Sessions presented focused on best practices in reading and math instruction, engagement strategies, and behavior management strategies. Additionally, sessions were available on how to best support our variety of learners. Over 125 teachers participated in sessions across the 2 weeks.
