Student Choir Performs at Chicago Wolves Game

On Sunday, November 19th, the Grass Lake School choir along with other local choirs have been invited to perform a patriotic song at the Chicago Wolves hockey game at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont. GLS will be bringing 12 choir members to sing, “A Tribute to the Armed Services,” which is a medley of military songs. The medley includes songs from the Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Navy, and Air Force, along with “America the Beautiful.” Families and friends were invited to attend the game to support the choir, and GLS is going with a group of 50+ strong! We are so excited to see the support for our choir program which has grown in size every year for the past 4 years. Our choir consists of 21 members ranging from 4th-8th grade students. We are very excited to honor local Veterans with this performance.
